In YA - Is there a way to look up a question by the person who asked it, rather than vice versa?

Suppose I want to find a person on this website, how do I get to their profile page without clicking on their icon from a question they were involved in?

i have used this a few times. i posed the question in the search slot on top of this page.and the website will identify the person who asked the question . Armed with their ID or username you can locate that person and his profile page .Or if that certain person replied to one of your questions and you already know his ID you can search for him and his profile page via this ADvance My Q and A .

There are a couple of ways of finding another user on Y!A. Ultimately though, they both involve clicking on the avatar.

    1. Use the "Advanced Search" feature. Type in the users name and select "Nicknames". Open one of their Q or A's and wala!

    2. Use the "Watchlist" feature on your Q&A page. Add one of their Q or A's to your watchlist to find them quickly.

click on the person's profile. answer one of their questions or put one in your watch list so you have them saved.
