This is computer generated spam that looks like it isn't spam. Spam filters work by detecting patterns in spam messages and seeing if the new messages match the old patterns. Some spammers have started sending out messages like this to make the patterns in their spam less obvious to the filters and thus making it harder to filter the real spam out.

I get that sort of spam all the time. I suspect it's computer generated. Think of it as free verse poetry; it doesn't need to make sense!
