Lieberman v/s Lamont?

"(Reuters) - U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman, a three-term Democrat now running as an independent candidate, leads the man who beat him in last week's primary vote by 12 points in a three-way race, a poll released on Thursday shows."

God bless copy & paste.

Gooooooooooooo Joe! I don't always agree with Joe, but you have to respect a man who does what he thinks is right no matter how unpopular it is.

I am glad that the democrats did what they did in abandoning Joe....it just publicly shows that if you are not far left then you are against them....now Ned Lamont is a jack@$$...thats for sure...I would have too say if I were too vote for one of them in this three way vote between a Democrat, republican or independent....even though I am a republican I would have too vote for Joe...for the smear fact that i would love too see him win... and smear that into the dumb@$$ democrats face ......

What they did in turning there back on Joe I hope will show America the true meaning of the democratic party.....I hope it is the first step in the eventual downfall of the communist party in this country!

Run Indy Joe Run...I am a Centrist who usually leans to the right and Joe is absolutely a left winger. But he does what he believes regardless of the fallout. He is a leader. He will win in a landslide. I am from Connecticut. I would vote for Joe if I still lived there. The ramifications of Joe's winning in a landslide will set the pace for the extermination of the far left in the once great Democratic party. I think Joe akin to JFK. A real Democrat. The Dem's have been hijacked by the far left and there demise can be seen by the writing on the wall.

I can respect Lieberman for standing up for what he believes is right. I can respect him for fighting as hard as he is. But I can't respect him for calling himself a Democrat when he is ignoring what his party is telling him to do. I had no issues with him agreeing with the President about the war, that didn't bother me at all. Everyone has their opinion. When he decided that he was going to turn his back on his own party and basically tell them that he doesn't need them, that's when I say, "Bye Joe." If he wants to be a Republican, let him. Just don't disguise yourself as a Democrat. Be honest with yourself and the voting public.

Now you are the subject with Lieberman's marketing campaign. enable's only smear Ned Lamont by way of fact we cant marketing campaign against him on the matters, becuase he's on the superb facet of the matters. Lamont has no longer mentioned or finished any of the flaws you indexed, so dont equate him with Jesse Jackson or Chavez!

I voted for Joe, if not only because I am sick and tired of democrats who vote lock-step with their leadership; tired of republicans who vote lock-step with their leadership. What ever happened to independent thinkers?

BUT, I will not vote for Joe in the general election. He picked his forum, and ran as a democrat, taking the advantages (television, political support, etc.). He lost in that game, and wants to change the rules.

Sorry Joe. I would have voted for you if you started as an Independent, but you do not get to change the rules because you don't like the result.

I agree. Joe's unconventional strategy to run as an independent against a candidate he lost to in the primary is going to work for him. Joe is going to win!!!

Lieberman is a front for the Rove smear machine and the Bush desire to create a "fear state" in America.

Joe is his biggest fan and that is the problem. He screwed the party and now he wants everyone to feel sorry for him. Joey you little nut. You do the crime then you do the time. Joe is a disgusting little two face and he is not as noble as many make him out to be. Joe please follow Elvis out of the building.
