How do I help my body digest food?
Lately whenever I eat a normal portion of food my stomach is full for hours on end. Its like my stomach isnt digesting. An example of such- last weekend I ate a medium-sized hamburger about 4pm and the next morning I was still full, kinda feeling like I had gorged myself to death. I wonder if the stuff in my digestive tract is a bit off. Does anybody have any methods or know of something to take or food that would help remedy this problem?
Ok I workout and drink enough water. Does the papaya extract have a known reaction to birth control pills?

You might be right - it sounds like you're probably a little constipated. One thing I've found that has been working really well to keep me regular is something you may not have heard of: apple cider vinegar. Not the regular kind that you can find in a grocery store, but the organic "raw and unfiltered" kind you can find in the health food store. I recommend Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (the kind I use). What you do is heat up a cup of water and add two teaspoons of the apple cider vinegar (it's pretty strong, so you don't need much) and sweeten to taste with honey. It kind of tastes like warm apple cider with a little kick. You can also add it to your juice if you want. You can drink it up to three times a day, and I find that it works especially well if you drink it before bed.
In addition to aiding digestion, apple cider vinegar also helps remove toxins, helps support your immune system, helps clear your skin and a host of other benefits, and best of all, it's 100% natural. Bragg Health Products has a website you can check out for more info (click below).
Hope this helps. :)

Some birth control pills make you feel bloated. Try a low dose one. Try to take those Detox tablets by Nature's Secret called 15 day weight loss cleanse and flush. just take two per meal and it will clean out your big and small intestines as well as your colon.
One thing about the birth control pills- If you take fiber supplements it might affect your body's absorption and lessen effectivity. You have to take it about 2 hours before or after the digestive aid like Papaya or laxative

Become a vegetarian like I did! Or, simply eat red beans and papaya & drink water in the morning. ( red beans and papaya help clean the intestines and thus help digestion.

Your intestinal tract is probably full of faeces. You should get a strong laxative to cleanse yourself.
