Do you know anyone ,who may have knowledge of T.V.'s,that may be retired.I found if you put it out in the community ,someone always knows someone.

I have been telling everyone not to buy plasma If you have no light on the screen it is probably the tube you best bet is to go the 45 minutes

what do you refer is it the video input that has no picture or is it the tv channel that has no pic, please clear your question so people can help you. as of now if the problem is the video input, try adjusting the video connection or connect the video connector to the real video connector. if its the tv maybe theres something inside the tv short circuited or maybe worse the picture tube is broken. but before that try accessing the menu or for any adjustment for the color, picture, sharpness, hue, contrast, brightness.

sorry for my poor english.,.. :)

so you have sound but no video?

well my first thought would be the connection. i don't personaly know much about plasma's but if you have sound the connections shouldn't be bad. check the connections and make sure they are correct. maybe the video cable is not where it's supposed to be.

more than likely uve blown up ur colour tube. it can be fixed but that much money per hour is tooo much. extended warranty should n will fix it for u for free. i dont know why they are asking for so much money. its illegal for them to ask money if u r under warranty.
