why fried food bad for us??

im wondering the ingredient that bad for us in fried food.

    Trans fat cannot easily be broken down by the body and so it sits like paste inside you, cloging arteries and more.

    What it's fried in is the important question. Fried food usually makes me feel yucky afterwards, even if I enjoyed it at the time. We don't need all that oil or grease.

    One reason is that it is harder to digest one's food if it is fried. An occasional fried food dish for a treat probably hurts nothing at all. If most of their food was fried, they could be depriving themselves of something needed.

    although fried food on the whole is bad for us using animal fat is the worse type you can use, eating too much fried food results in putting unnecessary weight the main factor is , clogging of the arteries which prevents blood being pump around your body properly thus leading to heart disease,

    The most potent ingredient in friend food is the oil. This is what gives you all those fattening calories.

    Most oils add extra unnecessary fats and calories. And the breading adds even more calories. However, when you do fry, fry in either canola or olive oil. Those are healthy fats....however they still add extra calories.
