I'm not sure, but there's lots of things out there such as Botox and then there's stuff like microdermabrasion-but isn't that to like smooth out your skin? I have no idea, but I think maybe you're counting these things as surgery.

Well, there's lots of things such as Cocoa Butters like Palmer's which can reduce wrinkles. I hope that helps.
