How many of u like Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and how many dont and also give me the reasons?

KANK is a film based on today's life style and many of today's youngsters prefer this film best . i too enjoyed this film as i am a youngster. coming on the point of SRK i am a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig fan of his. his style of acting differs from others. u asked a nice question. hope u answer my question i am ayesha_style 13. siya.

Some people say that KANK cannot be accepted as it does not potray the Indian family values, ok then what about movies which has skin show, actresses parading in ultra glamorous clothes (nowadays every movie seems to have this), smooching scenes, and explicit dialogues. Every movie that comes today has all this in triple doses and is totally against our Indian culture and tradition. So how can you slam a movie like KANK, where actually Karan has tried to tell you a story about marriage and this things do happen even if we try to ignore it. He has taken bits and pieces of reality and has put it into a movie. I admit that there were some parts in the movie a bit overdone like Sexy Sam, but overall I think it was ok. It actually makes you realize that whoever you are, no matter what your background is, marriage tends to break if you do not have love at all for your partner.

I liked the movie. I think that the criticism of the movie based on moral grounds is down right silly. These things happen. People fall in love with each others spouses all the time. People even have affairs based on that. At least he showed the pairs to be mismatched. The outgoing partners with the stay-at-home spouses will never work. SRK's character was self centered from the start and bitter later. These things happen. It's a nice story. There aren't many films that you feel sorry for all of the characters involved. The real strength in Karan Johar's work is that there are no villains. There are no characters who make bad things happen to others for their own amusement. He delves deep into the characters and lays bare their emotional structure. And, this is one of the two least sexy sex scenes I have ever seen. He possesses her to get back at her husband for having her because his love and fear have gone beyond love and into obsession and possession. It's a good film and most of the characters are well developed. I wish that there was more evidence that SRK's character loved Rani's and I wish that Preity's character was a bit more developed. Otherwise it's a very nice, well thought out film.

I did not like KANK as there was no story. It is just an idea which has been developed. It has just good looking faces, photography and music. But the movie is stagnant.

Story was good.....acting was good.......But the film must have been 15 plus or something cause small children might get a bad impact of the movie.....But I couldn't understand why Maya left a Husband like Rishi.....He's sooooooooooooooooo cute and caring!!!!!!

But many of you might critisize Amitabh for agreeing to do a role like that but you must remember that the role was a totally FICTION ROLE......He doesn't portray that image himself in real life.

I hated every second of the movie.The story-line was messed up by Karan .Amitabh's role was sick.He just didnt suit the character he was playing..looked so artificial to me.Srk and rani's roles were dull.He slept with her just coz of ego with abhi...yuck!Preity and abhi rocked.The songs are boring.

The only good things are the flamboyant locations of america,pleasant faces of the stars all teamed up in one screen,good choreography.

it is a nice dramatical story so i like KANK.

although i don't like the story, but rani and srk have acted well. to me priety looked a bit cold. abhi was excellent. karan could not make the story completely, he just messed up evrthng. it really does not suit with our society. and after watching this film, i can't like SRK as much as i have done so far...

I do like SRK but i don't think so that the film i liked a bit 'cause he has made such a modrnnnnn film!!(not accepted to our generation)Sorry, for breaking your heart if you ever liked it...although songs are nice.

No I do not like his movie,because the story was not nice ACCORDING TO ME!!!!!!!So I say I do not like the film,but I may not know the wishes of other people.So I say SORRY for saying like this to all those who like that movie
