Ah, but "could" and "would" are different things. Has it ever occured to you that a woodchuck could chuck wood, its just that he can't be bothered.
So let us posit that the woodchuck could chuck wood:
1. The woodchuck could chuck wood
2. The woodchuck does not chuck wood. Thats is to say he chucks zero wood.
3. So if the woodchuck could chuck wood the woodchuck would chuck zero wood

The amount of wood = "X", as in the following formula:
X = (y x z x a x b) / c
Where,
y = The amount of wood available to be chucked by the woodchuck.
z = The ability of the woodchuck to chuck wood (presumed to be positive by the question)
a = The rate at which the said woodhuck could chuck wood if he could chuck wood.
b = The willingness of the woodchuck to chuck wood if he could chuck wood.
c = The amount of time available to the woodchuck to chuck wood if he could chuck wood.
