    get into a comfortable position and just keep still ... at least it works for me!

    Go get a prescription for Klonopin. It is the best thing in the world for insomnia. But be careful because if you take it every day it can be habit forming. But for the times you can't sleep, it works great.

    a) Read sometbing reaally boring

    b) Exercise a little while and get yourself really tired ...or, better

    c) have some good sex with your girl/guy and go to sleep with a smile on your face

    take tylenol pm or night time nyquil but dont do it every night cuz youll become dependant on it to sleep
