I'm so THIRSTY!! What should I have to drink?
I want something delicious and refreshing...what do you suggest?
If you want best answer, you gotta sell me the drink. In other words, describe it in a way that will make me jump off of my *** and go get some!

Water is the best remedy for thirst. If you need a little more sweetness there are some great sport drinks or add a little lemon or other fruit to your wonderful water.

Well, you're probably not gonna go jump up to get it, but if you are truly thirsty, the very best thing to drink is water. Anything else is really just empty calories and usually doesn't even quench a thirst ... sometimes makes you thirstier.
Now, if you want "something delicious and refreshing," that's different! You should run don't walk to Red Lobster and order the Lotta Colada!

Water.
Water below 4 degrees celsius is best. It helps you burn off a few calories since your body will be working to bring the liquid body temperature. Besides, no calories are added as well! Plus it's (almost) everywhere! :D
If you want some flavor, just add a squeeze of lemon. What I do is I leave a fresh sprig of mint in a tumbler of water. Now that's what I call cool and refreshing!
