Previous fan failure on startup??

that could be serious, go onto dell.com and go to support, your fan may be broken... www.dell.com.........go quick.......YOUR COMPUTER COULD EXPLODE, not really, i'm just bored and have no friends.....

There is another fan inside the computer case, mounted directly on top of the cpu, keeping it cool. This is the fan to which the error is referring.

Next time you reboot, press F2 when you see the Dell splashscreen; this should open your BIOS setup utility. Every version is a little different, but somewhere in there should be an option to reset all warnings.

That done, continue to use your computer normally. If you don't see the error anymore, fine. If you do, contact Dell technical support. If your cpu fan fails, your processor could overheat and be ruined. So take care that doesn't happen.

It should be told to Dell's technicians immediately. Fan failure will heat things up in the laptop, and other parts will become failure.

Put a fan on your CPU! Holy Cats!! You'll be buying a new box soon if you don't! Use a BB sized drop of "Arctic Silver" thermal grease on the CPU before you put the fan onto it.
