You have the wrong idea, but it is understandable because Bush just keeps inventing reality that he hopes will keep his image alive until he can retire.
Osama Bin Laden is a hero to many people in the Middle East and of Middle Eastern heritage because Laden had the guts to take on America who is exploiting the worlds resources including Saudi Arabia's resources, his homeland.
Americans purchasers of oil from the middle east including Arabia is providing the money the authoritarian government needs to harshly rule the Arabian people. Also, the government pays the radical Islamic church in Arabia to support the Government which oppresses the Arabian people. Remember, like 13 of the hijackers were from Saudi Arabia. This was no coincidence. Osama is a Middle East Saudi freedom fighter against the authoritarian nations of the Middle East. And he blames the United States for propping up the government in Arabia who are not taking care of the people of Saudi Arabia.

Osama Bin Laden was a patsy and will never be caught. The Bush and Bin Laden families have had relations for over 20 years.

President Bush isn't interested in catching Bin Laden. He thinks it would be a waste of resources to go after someone who is on the run.
I don't think bringing the man who caused 3,000 civilian deaths to justice is a waste of resources, do you?
