What causes achey legs?

Sometimes my legs will get really achey. It hurts the most when I am just sitting, and it helps when I walk, or move my legs a lot. It feels kind of like body aches when you have a cold, but thats never the case, and its only in my legs. Does anyone know what this is? I am sitting at work right now, and my legs are very achey, and I would like to know how to prevent this.

Update:

Also, sometimes it seems that when it happens I am very cold, as I am right now. I don't know if that could have something to do with it?

Hi,, hmm,, ,you might have poor circulation,, or you not sitting properly and causing the blood flow to be cut off.... now this is just a guess,,,

I suggest you go see your doctor and let him or her decide what the problem might be.......

    good luck

There are many reasons why your legs would ache or hurt. You may have over worked them some way. If it continues, go to the doctor. He may or may not help you. I have been ill for 5 yrs, and was diagnosed with intestinal yeast overgrowth and suffer with my legs hurting...constant. But like I say, so many different things could be making them hurt. Illnesses hit us that way, it goes to the legs. I wish you good luck and hope it just goes away.

Look up websites about leg pain, maybe thatll tell you something.
