Whats the best way to avoid the trotts after a beer session?

I find that my @rse is like the beginning of bonanza the morning after a good days hard supping. No answers advising me not to drink at all because thats never going to happen.

Update:

Super.Sweep you were warned that your type of answer would not be tolerated. You are either a skinny little veggie boy or a complete bore to be around.....or both. I need proper answers to stop my bum rushes, I am in love with beer too much.

    I too suffer from this, and giving up drinking is not an option!!

    Certain drinks tend to increase the "flow", e.g Stella has a lot more chemicals in so seems to irritate the stomach more. So try a few out and see what is best for you!!

    Also eating before you go to sleep helps i think, this is why kebab vans were invented.

    If all else fails, by some poncy ultra soft toilet roll!

    The best thing to do is to drink tons of water. Dehydration makes your 'situation worse' and drinking dehydrates you super fast. So before you start drinking down some water and before you go to bed drink loads more and you should be ok. Gatorade also helps. I would stay away from anything sugary like sodas or fruit drinks....just plain water will help.

    An allergic reaction is why you get the trotts. Try having a carbohydrate rich meal a couple hours before you drink.

    The beginning of Bonanza! ( love that expression) There will be alot of peeps not getting that one!! Food up before you go out, and a good snack when you get in. Now i get bonanza'd up when i have pizza's!!Mind you i do have alot of garlic on the top!!

    Eat lots of rice and boiled eggs before during and after and employ a good cork or rubber bung.

    Peppermint Tea - Make a Pint before you go out, let it go cold and drink it when you go to bed, very good for digestion!!

    if its bad and painfull try some Kaolin & Morphine mixture from the chemists, saves on any embarrising dashes to the lav while out or at work LOL.

    Hi.my advice is same has kitty21 except eat one before you go out for some reason they stop acid building up.Got my hubby eating them for the same reason,works for him.Goodluck

    Well, let's think...... what are the things that usually would BIND you up? Bananas, cheese, milk, eggs.... so I suggest a bowl of 4-cheese scrambled eggs and a banana before bed :o)

    For every 12oz drink you should consume 1 12oz block of cheddar-jack cheese.
