Does anyone else have problems with saving ratings?

I seem not to be able to save ratings, both to answers and to questions - but only if they are thumbs-down. Is anybody else having this problem today?

    yes, today there seems to b some problem, some msg is showing in red colour that we cudnt save ur saving,please try later, some probblem at their side
