You have a stuck thermostat

It is possible that your coolant mixture isn't right. Usually if it is too high or too low then it will make a difference. Usually a 50/50 mix is substantial. Check that first. Then check to see if your thermostat is open and closing properly. It could be that that there is trash some where in the air ducts leading up to the dash not allowing enough heat to come thru.
