Why does California keep getting dumber?

It's nice that someone's willing to take a stand. I don't believe in stupidity either, however, it's not "all" Californians doing this, it's the government. All states governments are created equal and act in same ways so why pick on California? Which planet are you from?

California is the state that has historically lead all the other states.

I say we just set off a nice explosion on a fault line and make a new chain of islands out of them.
