Race-Related Question - Very Sensitive Topic?

Let me start out by saying this has nothing to do with personal beliefs, feelings, etc. I am conducting research for an article that involves the discussion of the differences (and lack of differences) between African Americans and Caucasian Americans. There are some "points of topic" I need to contest in the article in order to support the theory of a lack of difference between the races. If you could provide me with an intelligent way to explain/refute these points, I would greatly appreciate it. (And please, I am looking for INTELLIGENT comments that either refute or support these points, meaning comments based on fact - not opinion).

1. The 15-point difference between the average IQ of African Americans and Caucasians. (Research has already proven it has nothing to do with education/environment.)

2. Some African Americans insist on resenting Caucasians & DNA testing proves that 30% have a partially-caucasian lineage.

3. The concrete DNA differences between the two.

Update:

BTW, there are other points I am contending with in the article, but I think I have them effectively covered. However, if you think there are things I should include, please feel free to let me know.

Update 2:

Sorry I didn't make my question clear. I don't need to know why there are differences or which race is better, because that's not what I'm writing about. I need to know how to refute the points I mentioned in an objective, intelligent and coherant manner.

Update 3:

oianzinho - In regards to the educational/environmental research - it was based on the data I pulled from six different controlled studies based on particpation levels of 100 or more. All educational and social backgrounds included. The difference spanned all of them -- regardless of background.

Update 4:

If anyone else could help, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have found the two answers received so far to be significantly lacking in fact or substance.

Update 5:

I just noticed the racial slurs included in "source" section of the first answer. Please, if someone can't post an intelligent answer and if you can't refrain from showing racial ignorance, please don't bother answering at all.

    1. Psychologists already "recognize" 6 different types of intelligence, only 2 of which are included in the I.Q. test.

Also, how has it been proven that this has nothing to do with education or environment?

    2. How many caucasians have a partially-African lineage? All of them do! Homo sapiens evolved in Africa!

    3. How much more significant are these differences than the differences between other races? Is the biggest DNA difference around the one between whites and blacks, or are there others?

Also, if anyone is trying to prove that one race is more or less EVOLVED than another, the most evolved races are probably those which have been the least modernized, and which have survived in the harshest environments around. We Europeans have been keeping defective genes alive for centuries (I'm one of them!), but weak Africans die. They are one of the least modernized continents, in the harshest and most robust ecology in the world.

Source(s): I'm not a Caucasian. I've never been to Caucasia. I'm just a pasty-white honky cracker is all.

What exactly is your question? Science has already proven that some racial groups or cultural groups are "smarter" than others, but the whole point is moot. Was Caesar "smarter" than Pompeii? Was Hitler smarter than Churchill? Were Nazis smarter than the jews whom they made slaves of in work camps?

A society is made up of smart people, dumb people, strong, clever, cunning, insidious and spiritual. What is the question?

People like me who said they are not smart themselves are being humble.
