How many [if any] of Albert Einstein's theories have been proved?

None are proved, but they have been found to hold true so far. We cannot perform experiments to verify these theories completely, either because they would cost too much, take too long, or require too much material.

Pretty much all of them. And the measurements agreed with the threory to within much less than one percent.
