    If your talking in the real sense I think that a silk cotton blend is softer.Mabey adding the softest cashmere But they can make synthetics seem so soft. Egyptian cotton is also a "finer Blend" ... I am thinking in the terms of clothing and sheets... You may not.

    Cashmere.... I love cashmere!!! But cotton is good and cheap... so.... cotton is the way to go... Plus no thong lines...

    those new fuzzy polyester pillows and stuffed animals are super soft . try polyester.A fleece blanket is soft too.
