I live in an apartment and my neighbor's baby cries all morning/afternoon... Is that normal??? I'm really starting to wonder if it's being neglected or something. Or am I just over reacting (I have no children)

What are some situations that really make u wonder?

Mine is, how come a person has to be 21 in the U.S. to drink alcohol but is old enough at18 to go and fight in a war?

I've noticed that many of our advanced college courses (Anatomy, Chemistry), Europeans already took in highschool. Also, many are trilingual. It seems like we're so behind.

I have been to several occassions (family and social) where people hand over their kids to me. I get very uncomfortable. They assume because I'm female I have no problem with this. I am the fartherst thing from maternal. I don't enjoy being around hyper - active, whiny children so I try to avoid it.

I did research and found out these cats are raised on a farm for this purpose alone. Also, many are captured off the street and put in gas chambers and shipped to the U.S. I am very disturbed by this. Anybody else have any input on this?
