Tell her that you value her friendship very highly and that it's more important to you than your difference in grades.

I find that sometimes just reassuring someone about your relationship with them can open them up to discussing uncomfortable topics. She is probably feeling badly about her jealousy but try reassuring her and see where it takes you.

    Good luck.

Jealously is a weakness that is difficult to deal with. You need to speak to her and make her understand that we are not all the same. You must accept your limits. This friend must not make you feel guilty when you receive your school result. I think that she should study more or get some help after school. Some students are intelligent but do not know how to organize their studies and get distracted easily. Let her know that you care for her and you really want her to improve her school results.

Talk to her and don't let anymore time go by. Good Luck.

try to help her in improving her results and also dont tell her ur remarks until she personally ask u about them otherwise she will think u r showing off.

    Offer to study together.
