I have pain in my intestines plus fever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

gosh!! i have alot of dirrehea .. and i have ramadan so i cannot eat any medicine.. and PLUS FEVER!!!!

    well, hate to sink the boat here but i think its timeto go to the doc because nobody on yahoo answers is gonna know what were saying... just giviing a lil bit advice but i think u should see a doctor its for the best.
