when you were a kid, how did you think baby's came to this world?

I knew they came out of a belly, I just had no clue about how they got there... :-/

when i was a little girl i thought that all a women had to do was go to the doter and the doter would tell her how much wight she would have to gain and when she gained enough wight then she would go to the hospital and the doter would give her the baby she wonted and i thought that they just lost all the wight from being in the hospital for those few days because the hospital food was horrible. isn't it amazing how are little minds worked as children but when it was worse is when i found out how babies really came into this world it scared the budgies out of me but not to bad i have three know and are all well and beautiful

Of course I believed that a couple would get married, then go tell the hospital, and the doctors would somehow make a baby or get it from somewhere, and then one day, the lady would go to the hospital and fetch the baby. It never occurred to me that the ladies would get a big bump before going to fetch their babies.

My boyfriend claims he always as a child had a suspicion that babies came from inside their mothers.

I always thought a magic fairy put the baby in the tummy and then the hospital brought it out. My kids want to know but i dont tell them yet. They say " Mommy, were do baby's come from?" And i always say to them " You will learn when your older." And they groan of course but who wants there kids at school telling everyone about where baby's come from and how they conceive. Its too risky. Especially if you have a Pre-Schooler and 2 Kindergarteners. The mother & father must share a bed (didn't know about sex then), and then the baby grew in the tummy. And I thought the baby would come out through the naval.

That mommy and daddy love each other and slept in the same bed, and one night daddy gave mommy a seed that he planted in her tummy, and after 40 weeks a baby came out of mommy's vagina. Seriously. My parents never used euphemism on us, and so I don't remember anything different...

My mother told me that you can, plan to get pregnant or it could,happen by accident. So as a little girl, after being told that. I would play "house" in my bedroom and I would pretend I got into a car accident and when I got to the hospital the doctor told me I was pregnant. LOL!!!!

I thought you had to go to Sears. When my brother was born my grandma came to stay with me. My mom was gone for a while. Then daddy left one day to go to Sears. He came back with mommy, a baby and a washing machine. Go figure.

I thought that you could get pregnant by kissing. I was scared to death of it. I used to always think that it would come out of the belly button. Really wierd!

I used to think that the baby stork delivered to your home.
