I've been hit with a Win32/Cryptor Trojan. So far it hasn't done any damage, but it is flooding my laptop with malware.

I have Windows 7 and AVG 2013 and during the scans it locates the virus and then tells me I need to reboot for it to completely remove the virus.

But after various soft and hard reboots the virus remains.

Is there anything I can still do to manually remove this thing or do I have to take it to the experts now? (My local PC people charge £99 to remove viruses so I want to try everything I possibly can before taking it there.)

Ladies, Im hoping that you will be able to share your expierences with me. I have a fair and cool/pinky complexion and cool dark blonde hair.

I am really keen to start experimenting with lip and eye colours, but dont know where to start.

Going to make-up counters doesnt help as the ladies who work there just want to sell me everything they have without a consideration of what really suits me.

I have tried a few samples (lip-tints, eyeliner etc) but because of my pale complexion the colours look super bright on me and I feel like a clown.

What would be the best colours, textures to experiment with. Would make-up with cool undertones suit me or make me look even paler or would warm undertones work better or just look unnatural?

Please let me know from your own personal experiences.

Maybe someone on here can help me. I want to buy an electronic translator, as I do several language courses and dont like carrying several heavy dictionaries around in my bag.

My main question/concern is: When translating words, does the electronic dictionary give the gender in the language you are translating to eg German: The chair- Der Stuhl.

I have been looking around online, but no website indicates whether it does or doesnt?

Just had my first Brazilian blow-dry (excitement) but I am going mental with my hair hanging like a shower curtain in my face. (It's itchy and getting in the way of cooking etc) Why do the hairdressers advice that you should not tie your hair back after a BB? Would it form a permanent kink in the place I wore the scuncy/hairband/hair-clip? I had the treatment done to control my frizz and I don't really care if I develop a mild kink. Would wearing it tied back loosely with a scuncy while Im cooking etc be fine as long as I pull the straightening irons though my hair afterwards?

Getting the little warning from Windows that my Backup disk space is on RECOVERY and that it is almost full.

Should I go through the individual files and delete some of the stuff to clear up space or has the time finally come for me to get an external harddrive?

While Im on the internet (google chrome, explorer or firefox, I've tried them all) I cannot type anything into the search or other text boxes. After every letter that I type in I get transfered back to the Windows desktop.

What could the problem be and how can I fix it?

My Dell Studio 15 (Core Duo) seems to spend every second of the day processing. It originally came with Windows Vista, which I have since upgraded to Window 7, but that made only a small amount of differance. I have switched of the Firewall and removed most icons from my desktop, and still it seems to be busy doing or reading goodness knows what?

Any suggestions for software changes I can make (eg maybe any default settings I can change) to stop the drag?

I recently applied for a job and put the title Ms. I am married, but I have used this title both before and after I got married. The recruitment officer told me I had to either put Miss or Mrs so they could tell wheter I was married or not.

My boyfriend recently admitted that a few years ago he had a relationship with Thai ladyboy for several months. Do you have to choose at the beginning of your course if you want to aim for Honours, and then you do an extra year or get a more difficult exam in your final year?

Or is it determined by your final results eg a 1st is the same as Honours?

I'm in my mid-twenties, have struggled with acne for 15 years, have tried everything there is to try and I'm finally going on Retin-A (Ro-accutan) as a last resort. Despite all of this I still don't know how to get these persistent hippies of my back, you know the type. People who come out with remarks like, "Oh, it's just stress, you should try acupuncture/aromatherapy/to stress less" or "What are you eating, it's in your diet, try eating the following or try the following herbal supplement"

No matter how much I try and explain to these ignorant people that it's a medical condition, and a professional medical dermatologist wont put me on such strong medicine if there wasn't any other resort, they just persist! I'm sorry, I know I'm having a rant and rave here, but I had to ask others: What do you reply to people like this to get them to understand?

Is it a software problem? Or could it be that my laptop is able to burn DVD's (it can do CD's, no probs) Any suggestions?

I am a natural dark blond, who gets cool highlights maybe twice a year. But mostly I just wear it in it's natural shade. I know that purple/violet shampoo's does give my hair a cool clean shine, but I feel like trying something different. Will using a toner add some blond shine to my natural haircolour, or is it only for dyed hair, and will make no differance to natural blond hair?

I'm not an enviromentalist attcking people, I'm simply collecting lists of opinions.

My local sunbeds are run by Europeans who dont use any SPF protection cause they claim they only do short 10-15min sessions and so it cant do any harm. Having been raised in Africa I was taught to always wear sunscreen even on a sunbed, cause even if it takes longer to develop the tan, 30min+, I will not burn and the damage and risk of cancer is lower.

Who is right here?
