Yes because they don't want to go a month without rent so they want to have someone in there as soon as you move out. They must give you a notice though.

The landlord has to give you a written notice at least 24-48 hours. And it has to explain why he is entering your unit with you either present or not.

If he does not give you proper notice, contact the Tenants Union. They will give you info on your rights as a tenant. Also, contact an attorney that deals with tenant issues.

Yes. The landlord can show your suite to prospective renters during the last month of residency with the appropriate notice to the tenant. How else would they be able to acquire a new tenant for the following month?

Yes, with proper notice. (But if I were your landlord I would try to work with you to make sure that the unit would look good before I let anyone see it so if you said can you please give me a few days to prepare then I would).

It is also probably stated in your rental agreement.

Yes, with at least 24 hours written notice. Less if it's spoken and you say OK. Spend these last days getting it super clean so you can get your deposit back! :)

Yes. He needs to give you 24 hours notice-- you dont hvae to give him permission...he just has to 'inform' you.

I think he has to ask your permission before entering....
