Seems that once you're married you're "in" like you get privileges like receiving information when hubby is away, medical, base benefits, festivities, etc. If you're not married you get nearly completely shut out of things. It's very dramatic.

Why does cohabitating threaten military life?

She's a drug addict

She's paranoid

She's threatened by me because I'm a better person and a better mother to even her own child than her

She's hot/cold as often as someone changes their clothes

Anger issues

violence issues

insecure

moves every few months

fraudulently obtains welfare

not afraid at all of breaking the law...hasnt really gotten caught yet

It's hideous isnt it? To make matters worse she threatens my family on a regular basis. She's vendictive...she cannot even handle having a conversation unless she's in a depressive mode....then she cries on my shoulder. sick.

Any good ideas on how to handle her? I'm not looking for aggressive, violent ways. I'm half her size plus I dont want trouble...just want to somehow stifle her violent behavior and have her leave us alone.

oh and my guy and her have to at least talk since they have a mutual child.

Is there a time limit for filing custody/child support documents that were mutually agreed up but never actually filed?

oh and the other party doesnt want them filed now and wants to pin the other side to the wall for more money regardless of the signed document.

is it too late to file the docs?

He smaokes in his room only with door closed but it permeates thru the door and heat vents. it's disgusting! My guy doesnt notice it but I sure do and I'm at my wits end. Figured there must be some type of detector to show them that it DOES come thru to our living space and hopefully he can do something to change that so we dont die from HIS smoke. I'm grossed out by the nicotine dripping from our walls in his room but he does pay rent so dont think we can say anything. Is there some kind of a detector? I found some in UK but nothing in US that I can buy.

ok so first the lender told me just to be on the loan and not the title because she couldnt figure out how to do both.....then hangs up on me..........apologizes..........stupid me....accepted and kept "working" with her.......

then she told me that some debt needed to be paid on our credit....ok no problem...knew it was there.

then at closing today I find out that there are additional debts that she didnt disclose and she thought those debts were the same as were on the credit. NOT.

so now she wants us to pay an addl 4k! noone told us....I had to ask why settlement was different.

so I didnt sign!!!!!!!!

so now I want to know if I have any room to negotiate for her lack of professionalism and incapability to process our loan without non stop problems caused by her...... can they waive the origination fee if it's a bank? I think they should "suck it up" just like I've had to.

oh and I told her boss today that she never even got verification of my income....lol.

my lease says I must clean the place and have carpets and blinds professionally cleaned. I hired a maid!!!!

I provided a receipt of cleaning and carpet cleaning and blinds cleaning.

The owner kept 300 for cleaning!

Then 150 for carpet cleaning!

Then 150 for door replacement. The door damage was noted on my walk thru that I'm being charged for!!

So she gave me a statement that says "cleaning" "carpets" "door" no detailed statement as required by law.

This is the same owner who refused me hot water when I moved in.....I have documented code violations. I have a letter stating window is "falling out" due to "code violations"

I was told to sue her for renting me a unit that was not habitable. I would like to know if I have other options?

She hired an atty to write me a horrible letter to move out when I complained over the hot water.
