Can sauerkraut be successfully frozen and still be good when thawed?

I went to a sauerkraut festival today, and after sampling several sauerkraut disehes, still came home with a pound of bulk sauerkraut. After indulging today, I'm not going to be in a mood to eat more for a little while. Maybe I can bake some in bread, but I'll have a lot left over. Has anyone ever tried to freeze it??

No, the said puff pastry will freeze correctly. However thawing it will be a challenge. Step 1- Freeze the pastry with a cabbage, this will become clear later. Step 2- Only freeze with Ice cubes, NEVER use a freezer. Just put 3-5 Cubes near the pastry and it WILL freeze. Step 3- When frozen rub garlick on it, this is to ensure that no vampires try to eat the frozen pastry Final Step- When thawing only thaw by using Fire Blast by Charazard. And you have a puff pastry.

First off if it is fresh not canned, yes it can be frozen ,or u could can it yourself. If freezing it all u do is let it thaw when u want to eat it and cook like always.
