I've lived on the coast of the Yucatan for 12 years so I think the beach thunderstorm is great.

Oh as usual I'll not answer the question. Mountain snow from behind glass with a glass of gluvine after skiing is great, as is a beach thunderstorm in warm weather on a sheltered balcony.

    Beach thunderstorm.

How could I relax while freezing on a snow covered mountain?

Snow makes me nervous - I hate driving in it. I'd have to go with the beach thunderstorm.

I would take the beach thunderstorm. Snow means cold temps, and I prefer the tropics.

Beach thunderstorm by default, because it's the thunderstorm I'm after.

Depends on if you are snuggled up by a fire with hot chocolate looking out over the snow. If not, then the thunder would have to far away and just hear the sound of the rain and watch the lightning, and you'd have to be warm. I'd pick the first scenario though.

    probably snow falling softly
