How do i get to my physical peak?
I am twenty years old, I have wrestled, ran cross-country, worked landscaping, and worked-out a lot in my life. I feel close to my peak but not there. What are some reccomended foods, suppliments, exercises, or anything else you can think that could help me make my body reach some sort perfection for what I have to work with?

Do some research and build a balanced diet with lots of protein. Do daily running. Join a Gym and lift. Lift using a schedule and mix up your schedule every two months to keep your muscles suprised. I'm not a big fan of supplements, so I cant help you there.

First and foremost, I would go to a gym or a university that has an exercise science program and get a fitness assessment done. This will tell you exactly where you are fitness wise. To reach your peak performance level, you would also want to get an anaerobic threshold test done. Once you have determined what your anaerobic threshold is, you can train your body to push your AT level (this is how Lance Armstrong trains). You will most likely have to pay for all these services, so check around because prices will vary.
