Have you voted?
I received my ballot Saturday. It felt good to sit down with my info booklets and go through it. (I take the judicial appointments very seriously and always vote no to the judges with low integrity ratings.)
My question is, why doesn't everyone request a mail-in ballot? The convenience of it is staggering.

Never really trusted the mail in method. Not sure why, might be that fact that some in Florida were found in the trash a few years back ;-) But, I do get a sample ballot mailed to me and I go through it and check out the folks websites, check voting records and don't have to think about those dang commercial on TV blechhh

I'm pretty sure you have to meet certain criteria for absentee ballots - like age, medical condition, being out of your area on voting day, etc. I've always done that though since I'm away at college, and it is quite convienent.

In my state, there are NO requirements necessary in order to request a mail-in ballot. If that'll get you to vote, then go for it!

I haven't voted yet because I'm underage but when I turn 18 I'm going to make sure that I vote and get others to vote.
