When I tweet someone, they don't get any notification from me. My tweets just get ignored unless they go to my main page and look through all my tweets.

I get notified when someone tweets me just fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twitter, changed my password, and deactivated and reactivated my account.

I need to replace a very old 102" desk and a credenze without breaking the bank. Any help woul dbe much appreciated at this point.

My former employer laid off half its workforce. The local office manager threatened to fire anyone who speaks to a former employee. While this is really insulting, is it legal?

I received my ballot Saturday. It felt good to sit down with my info booklets and go through it. (I take the judicial appointments very seriously and always vote no to the judges with low integrity ratings.)

My question is, why doesn't everyone request a mail-in ballot? The convenience of it is staggering.

Suppose we could seriously give the western half of the United States to the Democrats and the Eastern half to the Republicans. They could run their half like they wanted.

Does anyone remember these tracks that were like little interviews with song clips inserted? I remember one with some guy interviewing a shark and everytime he mentioned the shark, a Frank Zappa clip played. Does anybody have a clue to who might have made those?
