What are you serving with your turkey this year?
I have had to give up bread this year so stuffing is out for me. Does anybody have any of other great side dishes to substitute?
Good answers so far. I'm only a second-generation American so we've always had the traditional "wasp" side dishes. (Stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce) It's nice to see so much variety out there.

Here is a great forum where everyone posted their sides:

I have a favorite side that is fat free: slice up 6 green granny apples, put them in a bowl that has a lid, and then sprinkle jello straight from the packet over the apples. Shake the bowl up with the lid on and taste test your apples. Put more on if you want a little more flavor! :)
