What do you do with all your leftovers?

I know you can turn mashed potatoes into cakes but what can you make with the rest of the stuff?

What I do with my leftovers is I make Mean Turkey Sandwiches.

Put 3 slivers of cranberry sauce and some turkey on wheat bread. It is de-lic-ous! Use the stuffing as a base and fill it up with mashed potatoes, top it off with turkey and gravy, and you'll have some great turkey casserole! Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Mix it all together, carefully remove the crust off the top of your apple pie and cover your mixture with crust. Mash down. Throw in oven at 350' for 45 mins. Serve with eggs Friday morning and call it breakfast. Serve with chips and pickle and call it lunch. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over top, re-bake for 15 mins. Serve with a glass of wine and you got dinner!! And remember....Thanksgiving is the only time of year when you can give your parents the bird and tell them to stuff it!!

I buy those disposable containers by Glad, and send leftovers home with everyone who is there. Then, depending on how much is left we freeze some of the turkey and gravey to put over toast at a later date. We love leftovers.

Reheat it and eat it, or give it to the dog.

And if you are talking about turkey specifically, there are hundreds of great recipes. One of my favorites is to mash up the white meat pretty fine and make turkey salad, like chicken salad, for sandwiches or just on lettuce if you don't want all the carbs.

for left over meatsauce or other spaghette sauce

    - spread it on thin pizza dough + lot of cheese to make instant pizza

Be creative. There are alot you can do with leftovers. I can't tell you exactly how to do it. A good cook needs to experience with food.

Make enchiladas. Put cut up turkey and a spoonful of gravy inside. Also, turkey soup.

You can make different sandwhiches out of all the meats you used and dips. You can do that with veggies too.
