Do you think people really understand the threat radical muslims are to America and the world?

NO, the whole blowing yourself up concept is just beyond our society. Much like the kamikaze pilots in WWII just boggled the mind of the military men at the time. The whole concept and belief system is just too slippery of a slope for regular US citizens to understand.

Now if it were...your family will get a $1,000,000 if you blow yourself up for the cause. Now money US citizens understand. Blow yourself up and kill innocents for a religious belief system, nope doesn't make sense.

Most Americans don't WANT to know because if they really understood the threat, then they'd be forced to support what is necessary to eradicate it. And most people can't handle that harsh reality. It's easier to look the other way and pretend the problem doesn't exist.

That is exactly what is happening in France and England right now. They have looked the other way so long and appeased the radicals for so long, they have lost all control in their own countries. It's going to blow up on them anytime now. Maybe THEN Americans will wake up.

I'm sure they do understand...just as they understand how any other radical is a radical is a threat to the world. Do you have something against Islam?
