Virginia DCSE?

If a custodial parent owes the non-custodial for over paid CS, does the non-custodial parent qualify for enforcement services (i.e. wage garnishments, tax intercept) through DCSE?

Normally, it's the other way around, granted but, just curious to know if it works both ways.

Generally speaking, CS laws are geared toward the collection and enforcement of CS Orders. IF CS is over-paid the non-custodial parent may be able to recover the over-paid amount through traditional civil measures, ie small claims, etc. However, state CS enforcement will not aid in that endeavor.

Law vary by jurisdiction, consult with a lawyer in your area.
