ajust a q. about sabbats in australia!?
ok sabbats are as some paople know are wiccan /pagen holidays i would like to know are the sabbats the same as the ones in america because beltane lies on spring there but autumn here?... please i need help...

Well, they came out of Europe, where the seasons lie "correctly" with the Sabbats. I'd say feel free to change things around as you wish; Beltane as the new year instead of Samhain, etc etc. It would make more sense to me to go with the seasons where you live rather than try to make them fit a proscribed ideal.

The eight ancient festivals, or Sabbats, that make up the seasonal wheel of the year forms the centre of many Pagan traditions. Each aspect of seasonal change is understood as a mystery of the Divine, revealing the many faces of the Gods and Goddesses. But there is also very little written about how one observes these festivals in relation to the Southern Hemisphere. This has led to a number of debates, not to mention confusion, within the various Pagan communities as to which is correct.
