What does "WHY" mean or stand for when someone is selling a car?

I know that FBMWSH stands for - Full BMW service history and OVNO stands for Or Very Nearest Offer, A/C - Air Conditioning, P/S - Power Steering.

WHY- What does this mean?

    It means'What Have You?' It is used by someone who is either looking to trade your car in, or more usually, they are looking for a swap.

    it usually means what have you (probably because they are willing to part exchange for Whatever you Have to give).
