If you do get suspended, do you lose your email address too?
I've been getting mixed answers on this question. Anyone here wanna talk about a suspension they got, and why they were suspended? I think it depends on the severity of the violation.

depending on the severity of the offense and how many times you are reported you risk having your yahoo ID deactivated and losing your email account, posts and anything associated with your yahoo ID.
reinstatements are not possible unless there was an error made in the report sent to customer care.

Not usually. Most often, your only your Answers account would be suspended. In very rare cases, a user's entire Yahoo! account might be suspended if his use of Answers seriously and repeatedly violated the Terms of Service.
If you're suspended from Answers for chatting or the like, it's very unlikely the rest of your account would be suspended. If, on the other had, you'd been posting explicit material about sexual encounters with young children it's a fair bet they'd suspend the rest of your account as well (although they do make mistakes).
