What is the best method to clean a linen tablecloth?
The tablecloth is banquet cloth, about eight feet by five feet and appears to be an older one from a catering company. There is general yellowing, but it is in great shape and has many years of service left.

Hand wash in Wool lite detergent with warm water, and hang dry.

Soak it in a bucket of OxyClean for about 3-5 hours. Use the powdered OxyClean and hot water.
After soaking it, drain and spin in the washer. Next, wash it with detergent.

put it in the washer and bleach it unless it's lace, then I'd take it to a dry cleaner and ask them to clean it... they can also launder it for you. their washers are bigger than the general household size.

Dryclean it that way you can know it's going to be okay when you get it back :)
