what does it mean to be sugar happy?

cause every1 keepos saying it and I wanna know what it means

    When someone says they're sugar happy, it means they are currently eating or have eaten many foods containing sugar (sweets, in other words) and are feeling/acting excited.

    Yep, all good answers. Thats y slot of 'rents don't wnat their kids eating sugar. It gives you a rush of energy (that doesnt last) My family calls it a PIE HIGH

    if you eat enough sugar you get happy and act weird it's like your high off sugar

    It means they're hyper because they ate too many candies or sweets.
