Miscarriage?
My period is not due for another three days. We have been trying to have a baby, but have been diagnosed with PCOS, which has a higher miscarriage rate. For the last three days, I have had the worst cramps of my entire life, with very heavy bleeding. I would call the Doctor's office, but it is the weekend, and it isn't really bad enough to need to go to the hospital.
I took a pregnancy test, and it was negative, but I figured it would be too early to tell. I have been having a lot of symptoms for the last week, sore nipples, hard abdomen, exhaustion, and headaches.

I have PCOS too and the first time I got pregnant, I didn't even know it, but ended up having a very early miscarriage. I felt a lot of pain in my lower abdomen, so I took a pregnancy test that came back positive. A couple days later I started bleeding heavily. I called my Dr. and she confirmed that I was pregnant, but told me that I was probably having a miscarriage. She was right, but the next month I ended up getting pregnant again - I thought it would take longer, but it didn't! and our baby is due in about 4 weeks.
If you're not in distress (physical) over the amount of bleeding you're doing, I would say to wait unitl tomorrow morning to call your Dr. If you tell them you think you're pregnant and might be miscarrying, they probably can fit you in immediately.
I hope this was helpful for you! It is rough ttc and things not happening. I can suggest one other thing for ttc... my husband and I tried this stuff called pre-seed (www.preseed.com) and it worked! maybe it would work for you too.
good luck!

First take a test. If you are pregnant it will show up, and that will tell you if you should be heading to the ER or not. PCOS does make your chances higher for miscarriage, but it doesnt make them any more likely. My dr diagnosed me 2 months ago with it. I have not become pregnant yet, but I hope to soon. If you ARE preg, and still having these cramps and such.. you need to head to the ER very soon! There could be a way to save your baby. God Bless you and Good Luck!

Hi paris. I have PCOS too and I have had numerous miscarrages an an ectopic. I highly suggest you call your GYN. Perhaps take A digital EPT pregnancy test. IT says pregnant not pregnant and iot takes the guess work out of the line and colors. Also, you could be having medical issues or you could be having the perod from hell like I get. Best of luck.

I think a test should tell you even if your in the process of a M/C.
If you cant get a hold of your doc go to the ER.
When I had my M/C (it was early at 6w3d) I actually had small contractions.
Good luck Hun and I hope this is just a bad period!
