oh,oh, you can't take off a hickey, they have to fade away, lol, you can cover them though with liquid make up but they still can be seen, a bit, sorry!!

Sucking pressure damages tissue and breaks some tiny blood vessels in the skin and the tissue below it. The red is red blood ceolls. Their haemoglobin will be broken down into bile salts which car purplish or blue or even green, then the chemicals become brown then fade to yellow ans eventually disappear. Almost all muamn cells can break down haemoblobin in this manner.
You can do two things to handle the problem: !) cover the up the hickey with a cosmetic, and change it as the bruise changes color.
2) enhance blood flow to the area of the bruise. Get some vitamin E capsules, break one and apply it to your fingers and then rub the oil gently over the area to increase blood flow, the gentle rubbing warms the tisasue helping speed up blood flow.. Blood will eventually remove the damaged cells to the liver and gall bladder for eventual elimation from your body. The vitamin is an antioxidant that promotes healing. Massage the area several times a day. (oral vitamin C would not hurt too.
Those measures should speed up elimination of the haematoma.
Good luck,
Doc. Dan.

Rub it with a toothbrush really hard. It may turn more red temporarily but the hickey will go away faster because you are disturbing the busted blood cells under your skin.

I had a HUGE one on my neck when I was a lot younger. I used the back of a spoon. I rubbed it on my neck for a LONG time. The spoon could not get too hot or too cold, but it did work. I am not sure if it was a 1 time thing, or God knew I would be killed, and he allowed it to work that 1 time... lol So Good luck!!

You can't it's a bruise, when some one sucks on you the bring blood to surface by breaking tiny tiny vessels, best to cover it up. I have heard that they can lead to cancer but have not concreate confirmation of that. Food for thought though!
