I would not question his judgment

If the person I love most in this world choose to go to hell, then that's their choice. God doesn't choose the food, the clothes, the house or the job etc. I make those choices intelligently. I also choose the path I take in life, with God's guidance; however, I have the last say.

I don't think God would do that. As a matter of fact, I know he wouldn't. That's how I believe, for myself, anyway.
Cause' God is a God of love. He says in the Bible, I would that none be lost.
That would mean the person you love, too. If this is a personal question applying to you personally.

God does not send anyone to hell. That is a mean angry god invented by Luther and Calvin. People send themselves to hell for rejecting God. It's not God's fault.
God does not want anyone to go to hell.
We cannot be united with God unless we freely choose to love him. But we cannot love God if we sin gravely against him, against our neighbor or against ourselves: "He who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." (I Jn 3:14-15)
Our Lord warns us that we shall be separated from him if we fail to meet the serious needs of the poor and the little ones who are his brethren. (Mt 25:31-46)
To die in mortal sin without repenting and accepting God's merciful love means remaining separated from him for ever by our own free choice. This state of definitive self- exclusion from communion with God and the blessed is called "hell."

God loved them more than you did, so why He would send ANYONE to hell because of a lack of belief is a little off to me.

You don't have to worry about that, but if you did....I'd cuss the big guy out if that's what it took to save you.
**Edit: OK, time to get serious. I know you're concerned for me and I appreciate it. But if the tables were turned and YOU ended up there, God and I would have us a nice long talk, and he wouldn't like the things I'd say to him in your defense. I'm not putting it out here for the world to see, because this is personal...just between us. If you want the answer ask me privately. I'll give it to you.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! The person you dearly loved perhaps was not a believer of God or his son Jesus. Or they have done things that God deemed that sent them to hell.
One thing, How do YOU know your loved one went to hell while in this world.

Man, that is tough. Don't let it be your fault that they do not know about Christ and eternal life. All we can do is spread the word. Go to wayofthemaster.com and download Hell's Best Kept Secret and burn it on a cd for them. Later, Mike

I'll try to answer your question the way it was told to me years and years ago.
If a loved one goes to Hell and you go to Heaven you would no longer have any recollection of that person in Heaven. You would not remember him or her so that you would not feel grief. In Heaven you only feel LOVE.
So to answer your question it would be........( drum roll ) NO.
Because I would have no recollection of my loved one that went to Hell.
God wants you to feel Happiness and Love. Not grief and pain.

what can I say to the Almighty?
He knows better than I.
Yet, I would not know that person went to heaven or hell...
only after I die will I know.
