What's a 'healthy' running time for a mile?

I'm looking for a 'healthy-person's' target... I'm 35 next week & male.. running for the past 3 months or so... hadn't run for years... now I try to run every second or third day, 2 circuits (each circuit is about a mile long)....

I would say for a male of your age and length of training time that if you are running your mile in under seven minutes you are plenty healthy. Under six, and your impressive, under eight, and thats decent, anything above eight, you might want to work on it some more.
