Does anyone have the recipe for Sensational Sloppy Joes ?
It's from the Taste of Home magazine and has grape jelly in it. No opinions, just recipe, please.

1 lb. Hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tomato soup
1/2 c. ketchup
3 T. grape jelly
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 T. mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. celery seed
Brown hamburger and onions, drain. Mix all other ingredients into hamburger. Heat thru or put in crockpot.

My Favorite Sloppy Joes
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup onion chopped (yellow)
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 T mustard
3 T ketchup
Brown Ground beef and add onions and peppers cook until onions are softened
Add the rest of the ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes and serve on toasted hamburger buns

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced green or yellow bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 5 onion rolls or hamburger buns, split, toasted
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble turkey into skillet; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chili sauce, Worcestershire, tomato paste, salt and hot pepper sauce. Simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon mixture onto bottom of rolls; close with roll tops. Makes 5 servings.

I additionally rinse it in warm water and drain nicely to do away with greater fat. would not substitute the style in any respect. upload an undiluted can of (Campbell's) French onion soup and simmer for 20-half-hour. Serve on buttered buns. greater effective if made the day in the previous so the flavors can combination. I even have additionally tried the fowl Gumbo soup recipe yet there are tomatoes interior the soup. that's totally yummy. There are spices in that soup that upload some zip to the concoction.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
* 3/4 cup ketchup
* 3 teaspoons brown sugar
* salt to taste
* ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids.
2. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
