I had found a strawberry glace that was made with jello, or of sort, corn starch to. Help I need it.?

I remember it had corn starch, thought I had found it under a serch with under corn stach. Help please!!

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup hot water

    2 Tablespoons lemon juice

    3 Tablespoons cornstarch

    Combine these ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 3 Tablespoons of dry strawberry J-ello.

    Allow to cool before mixing with berries.

    strawberries in water w/ sugar and cornstarch for thickening agent boil to test thickness . I've done apples this way with lemon and cornstarch to make a slurry for thickening and reduced apple juice for the water but I don't know if you can find strawberry juice or not. the apple pie took two tablespoons of lemon and two tablespoons of cornstarch mixed and added to the syrupy reduction and to a boil to thicken. with apples I used the cores and peels but strawbewrries don't allow for that.
