if your emergency lights are flashing then your vehicle may have gone into theft mode .... i would contact dealer to find out how to reset it

I dont imagine i'd basically opposite the wiring on the solonoid i'd use a meter to work out if once you turn the major to the start position if between the smaller wires on the solonoid has 12 volts. relying on the style of motor vehicle there would nicely be an inhibitor relay lower than the sprint or it may nicely be the grab swap or impartial safe practices swap and also you've a foul ignition swap

Ignition switch could have a short, or the computer brain is messing up. Cylanoid or your voltage regulator could be fried, but your best bet would be to spend the 30-45 dollars and have it put on a diagnostic machine and have it tested then buy the part and fix it you're self and save money.

I do not know if you Land Rover is a lemon but the electronics might be a bit messed up. Go to your local Land Rover dealer or a certified mechanic to diagnose the problem.

Dealer problem, DO NOT TAKE IT TO A PRIVATE SHOP, I work in a private shop, its headaches for us and for you. many speciality tools needed. take it to a dealer and get them to figure it out, they have all the tools and information on it.
