I've recently started searching this also. Just today, I've come across so many stories on the internet of weight gain from zyrtec. I'm still searching because I too am on zyrtec. I can relate with gaining weight and having trouble losing it, but I don't have any answers though.

i checked on it because id never heard that before, and it doesnt look like zyrtec is really associated strongly with weight gain. it was only reported in about 1% of people during clinical trials, and usually for really broad side effects like that with that low of a percentage, it probably wasnt the drug- just statistics

Well, It could be that you are gaining muscle.
This does make you gain weight but it is good for you.
To make sure nothing bad is happening I would check your fat percenatge now. Then check it later. If you have a lower fat percentage and you are still gaining weight than that means you are gettin muscle. not fat
